Portfolio - Marketing Campaign

The goal of my marketing campaign was to encourage eligible Pinellas County customers with suspended driver licenses to pay overdue court and traffic fines, while saving up to 25 percent on collections fees during the Pinellas Clerk’s Operation Green Light – A Driver License Reinstatement Days Event. This initiative aimed to help thousands of individuals with Pinellas County cases looking to save on fees, inquire about a payment plan, and have their driver license reinstated.

Understandably, many citizens with a history of non-payment or court cases fear coming to the courthouse. Trust needs to be established for anyone in a vulnerable position to seek help, even from well-meaning individuals and organizations. As a result, I created videos to showcase relatable customers sharing their experiences for social media. I also created a video showing employees willing and ready to help citizens with a smile, and an assurance that the work being done was free of judgment and punishment. Overall, the non-scripted, casual interviews showed the public that the assistance being offered was worth coming to the courthouse and getting back their freedom to drive.
